Paintball is a lot like chess in that both require complex strategizing and both are almost impossible to win against autonomous robots. Drop Zone endows watercolor warriors with an artistic arsenal of paintball equipment and necessities. With six separate playing fields, including a full-size PSP XBall field, flag capturers can utilize the high, low, and sloped terrains to dodge spattering spheres while performing accurate reenactments of the film, Rembrandt vs. Rambo: Blood Portrait.
On Sniper's Plateau, players fire from two-story towers to seize control of the high ground, while battles in the Gulley and the Dogleg fields require tactical creek crossing and tree-impersonating skills. Situated at the epicenter of the Drop Zone territory, the Castle Field challenges teams of paint-slingers to defend a moat-encircled fortress from surrounding sniper towers and oncoming attacks from the Turpentine Empire of the North. Trained referees observe all competitions to ensure the safety of each human canvas.
